A charm quilt is a quilting term for a quilt constructed with every patch being a
different piece of fabric. There are no duplications.
To achieve this may be quite difficult with the number of patches sometimes running into
thousands.
A charm pack has squares of fabric in a pack with each one being different. To make a
charm quilt charm packs give a wide selection of small squares of patchwork cotton fabric.
